Champagne Deutz is delighted to be presenting a Masterclass at the event which will discuss The Terroir of Aÿ and the Art of Blending hosted by Chloé Verrat, Marketing, PR & Communication Director at Champagne Deutz.
The grand cru of Aÿ is the epicentre of Champagne both geographically and historically, and the home of the elegant house of Deutz. Explore the unique terroirs of this fabled village both horizontally and vertically, in a comparison of special vineyard cuvées and a three-decade trilogy exploring the art of blending in the lauded vintages of 1988, 1998 and 2008.
