Albert Adrià signs a Tío Pepe Barrel at González Byass

Albert Adrià visited Bodegas Tío Pepe and signed one of our barrels, accompanied by Mauricio González-Gordon, president of González Byass, and Gabriel González-Gordon, member of the Board of Directors of the Jerez-based company. Adrià could enjoy an extensive tour of the wineries and taste "at the feet of the casks" some of the most emblematic wines of the House, as well as some other wines from the Fino La Cala soleras, a fino wine –part of the project La Cala by Albert Adrià– that recovers the most traditional gourmet aperitif.
