Finca Constancia estate wines

Published on
Wineries Finca Constancia has launched a case with a selection of wines from some of the different plots (“parcelas”) making up the estate: Parcela 12 Graciano, Parcela 23 Tempranillo and Parcela 52 Verdejo. This product offers a unique opportunity to enjoy genuine estate wines that reflect the best of each grape variety and the soil that feeds them.   The wines can be fully traced to their vines: the estate has 200 hectares and is divided into 70 plots. This philosophy enables a separate production process for each tank, as well as separate quality controls on the grapes and the testing of a several growing and production techniques.   Finca Constancia Parcela 12 Graciano Grown on a soil mostly formed by granite material formed during long erosion in the Gredos mountain range, this 100% Graciano wine has an intense cherry colour and a purple edge. With floral aromas and very balanced on the nose, it has a powerful, elegant and very fresh palate.   Finca Constancia Parcela 23 Tempranillo The best Tempranillo grapes from Plot 23 give their name to this wine. Its varietal aromas of berries, cherry and currant mingle with finishing touches of liquorice and vanilla, and prepare the senses to experience a sweet harmony.   Finca Constancia Parcela 52 Verdejo This 100% Verdejo wine comes from the plot with the rockiest soil in the estate. It has a straw yellow colour with golden reflections, and intense aromas of culinary herbs, fennel and aniseed, as well as stone fruits, apricot and peach. It has a fresh, intense and oily palate, with a long finish. www.gonzalezbyass.com
