Flamenco fashion at Tío Pepe’s

Published on
The González Byass Wineries will host, for the fourth year in a row, one of the main events in the Andalusian fashion sector: the Pasarela Flamenca 2016. The wineries will witness an event that, year after year, is consolidated thanks to the union of flamenco fashion and wine. During the ninth edition, each of the days will have a wine as main star. The choices were made based on the characters of the participating designers and the soul of the wines. This way, Viñas del Vero Gewürztraminer Colección will be the perfect escort to the designs of Flamenka, Rocío Martín, Ana Ricardi and Faly’s “From the Feria to Rocío”. Beronia Rueda will accompany the children’s flamenco fashion show, Pol Núñez and Ernesto Sillero. Tío Pepe will introduce creations by Mario Gallardo, Inma Benicio and Jonubra Complements, Rocío Martín’s "De Gitana", “De lunares y volantes”, Merche Moy and Sevillania. And finally, Solera 1847 will close this edition sponsoring the young designers’ competition, Pilar Villar’s "El Arconcito", Carmen Acedo, as well as the adults’ shows by Merche Moy and Macarena Beato. This not-to-miss meeting with the flamenco fashion will also feature MOM, the youngest and boldest gin, by González Byass. Attendees will enjoy a gin and tonic with a fragrant and fruity touch made with MOM, "The Queen of Gins", once each day’s show is over. The Pasarela Flamenca fashion show will feature the latest outfits of Andalusian designers, which will set the flamenco fashion trends for next year. All the parades in the event will be accompanied by the González Byass wine that is best suited to each show: fine and elegant Tío Pepe, cheerful Solera 1847, feminine Viñas del Vero Gewürztramine Collection and Beronia Rueda, one of the greatest Verdejo references in Spain.
