González Byass gives the Restaurant Universo Santi team training in sherry wines

González Byass has imparted a master class of sherry wines from Jerez to the staff of restaurant Universo Santi. The training was led by Antonio Flores, master winemaker of the winery and lasted two sessions, where Flores unveiled the keys and essence of these unique wines. Restaurant Universo Santi will have a centre for training in hospitality and gardening, which will impart the necessary knowledge and techniques for people with disabilities to work at this haute cuisine restaurant. The restaurant will be located in El Altillo, an estate in Jerez de la Frontera that was the residence of the founder of González Byass, Manuel María González Ángel, during his last years. The sessions were attended by the patrons of Foundation Universo Accessible and Mauricio González-Gordon, President of González Byass.
