Historic success of González Byass in Wine Spectator

Seven González Byass wines have won more than 90 points in the American magazine Wine Spectator, one of the top international wine publications. These excellent outcome for the Tío Pepe makers consolidate this winery as the global benchmark for quality sherries. Among all the González Byass wines, Noah Very Old Pedro Ximénez VORS wines is –with 94 points– the highest scored sherry. The runners-up are Apóstoles Palo Cortado Muy Viejo, with 93 points, Del Duque Amontillado Muy Viejo, with 91 points, and Matusalem Oloroso Dulce Muy Viejo, with 90. These results newly confirm the exclusive range of González Byass VORS soleras as one of the best collections of old wines in the world. Leonor Palo Cortado and Néctar PX, both with 91 points, and Viña AB Amontillado, with 90, complete the list of the González Byass sherry wines praised by Wine Spectator.
