MOM, the queen of gins, will be the star on the December menus along the Gin&Fish by MOM Royal Menu, the gastronomic route promoted in Barcelona by this spirit. Ten of the most prestigious restaurants in the city will integrate MOM as an essential element in their fish dishes. From December 1st to January 1st Corchos, Robadora, Due Spagui, Acqua e Sale, Brasserie Flo, The Market Perú, Maloca Barcelona, 3 Nusos, Tingana Barcelona and Restaurant Matsuri will offer gourmet menus based on the Gin & Fish concept .
Throughout the whole month, the most demanding foodies, gourmets and diners will have the opportunity to discover how chefs have incorporated this gin –made with red fruits and exotic botanical ingredients –into their dishes in the form of caviar, jelly or sauce. Some of the proposals to be tried are MOM swordfish tartar with winter fruits, cod fritters with raspberry and gin alioli, salmon marinated and cured in gin, and gin mousse with red fruits and Buddha’s hand, among others.
The aim of the MOM Royal Menu route is to take a further step in incorporating gin as a regular ingredient in gourmet menus.
