The third edition of Sakura Japan Women's Wine Awards awarded a Double Gold Medal and a Gold Medal to Finca Constancia Parcela 23 Tempranillo 2015 and Fragantia Nº6 2015, respectively. More than 3,543 wines from 35 countries participated in this competition held in Japan, where the González Byass wines have left their mark.
The jury, made up of 380 professional women from the world of wine, acknowledged the uniqueness of Finca Constancia Parcela 23, a 100% Tempranillo wine with an innovative style based on the "Wines from the Plot" concept. Meanwhile, Fragantia Nº6, a sparkling white wine made from Muscat grapes, again delighted the jury of the event, which already awarded it a Gold Medal in its first edition in 2014.

Regarded as one of the main wine events in Japan, the Sakura Japan Women's Wine Awards are the only international competition in this country whose jury is entirely composed of women. Throughout its three editions, the competition has achieved great reputation, becoming one of the main access roads to the Japanese wine market, one of the most demanding in the world.
