MOM, the Queen of Gins, MOM, presents its latest creation, "Queen of the Mist", an innovative, elegant cocktail proposal to welcome the first mists of the autumn.

The cocktail features a genuine combination of flavours that reflect the character of MOM, as well as a surprise ending where mist is the undisputed star.
Recipe
5 cl. gin Mom
2 cl. natural macerated raspberry puree
1cl. passion fruit syrup
0.5 cl. blood orange juice
0.25 cl. Sencha tea infusion
Prepare in a cocktail shaker and serve in a copper glass.
The mixture is left to macerate with dry ice, which generates smoke.
Dehydrated raspberries on broken ice are perfect for decoration.
