THIS DECADE’S BEST SPANISH WINERY
The Spanish Association of Journalists and Writers (La Asociación Española de Periodistas y Escritores del Vino: AEPEV) has established González Byass as the best Spanish winery in the last decade.
Jerez de la Frontera, October 2021.- González Byass has become the “Best Spanish Winery of the Decade” according to the Spanish Association of Journalists and Writers. Having added up the results from the annual awards, organised by this association, the AEPEV has created a list of the best wineries in Spain and González Byass has obtained the best results of all.
Year after year, journalists, communicators, editors and writers involved in wine, and members of the AEPEV have recognised the essence of this family company with excellent results and whose personality is defined by a constancy, innovation and respect for terroir and the environment.
This philosophy has been highlighted by the success of the González Byass Family of Wine and Spirits being a benchmark for quality in some of the most important Wine producing regions in Spain, Mexico and Chile, which has led to the company being recognised in various editions of the “Best Wines and Spirits of Spain”, organise by the AEPEV for the last 13 years. The award-winning wines in this competition are: Tío Pepe, Tío Pepe en Rama, Leonor, Apóstoles, Noé, Finca Moncloa, Tintilla de Rota Dulce de Finca Moncloa, as well as Brandy de Jerez Solera Gran Reserva Lepanto.
