The purest expression of Jerez returns for its 15th iteration: Tio Pepe En Rama 2024 is finally here! Produced in limited quantities and always highly anticipated, each bottling features a fresh label design inspired by vintage González Byass artwork.

Bottled without fining or filtration, when the crucial layer of flor yeast is at its thickest, Tio Pepe En Rama is the distinctive expression of the best butts from the historic Constancia and Rebollo soleras.

A more mineral-driven bottling compared to the 2023, the 2024 En Rama is a pure expression of the renowned albariza soils, showcasing the essence of the terroir. Despite the challenges of higher temperatures during summer and autumn, the sherry bodegas' natural temperature control has yielded a wine that's rich and multi-layered. Spring weather conditions fostered a thick layer of flor yeast—essential for the development of intense and complex Sherry—with enticing aromas of almond croissants, apple, grass, and chalk.

Winemaker Antonio Flores comments, “This is a very expressive edition of Tio Pepe En Rama with more pronounced minerality than we saw in 2023. This is a breathtaking wine, and we are proud to continue this tradition for its 15th year.”
