The González Byass sherry wines excel in the Peñín Guide

Several González Byass sherries have obtained historic results in the Peñín Guide 2017. Fifteen wines from the House that makes Tío Pepe have been awarded more than 90 points in the 27th edition of one of the most internationally acclaimed Spanish wine publications. Especially outstanding, with 96 points, are three González Byass’s wine jewels: Palo Palo Cortado de Añada 1987, Amontillado Cuatro Palmas and Fino Tres Palmas. Likewise, The Peñín tasting committee, made up of four wine experts, has recognised, with 95 points each, the uniqueness of Tío Pepe en Rama and Fino Dos Palmas. 94 points have gone to Leonor Palo Cortado, Fino Tío Pepe and V.O.R.S. Del Duque, Matusalem and Noé. Meanwhile, Fino Una Palma and Apóstoles –with 93 points– Viña AB –with 92 points– con 92 points, and Alfonso and Néctar PX ­–with 91 points each– complete these historic results obtained by the Jerez winery.
