Chardonnay Pinot Noir and Barrel Fermented Albert de Vilarnau .Two signature cavas produced following Damiá Deàs and Eva Plazas’ winemaking philosophy, which is based on striving for excellence and the greatest fusion of French oak with the Chardonnay variety grown using organic winemaking practices. Its essence is a sage combination of winemaking, state-of-the-art techniques, and tradition: they are both Gran Reserva, aged for over 30 months and made with artisan practices through night-time hand-picking of the grapes for an extremely limited production. The perfect fusion of art and nature.

Els Capricis by Vilarnau is an innovative winemaking initiative that is yet another step in our continuous search for winemaking excellence. In this case, it has seen us recover the old traditions of Catalan farmhouses: white wines made with the indigenous Penedés variety of Xarel·lo and fermented in 250 litre chestnut barrels handmade by a local cooper from wood from the forests of Montseny.
